This workshop seeks to share best practice and provide delegates with new ideas to drive and shape future food tourism activity.
A great deal of experience has been built up by a range of organisations in the development and promotion of food tourism. This workshop seeks to share best practice and provide delegates with new ideas to drive and shape future food tourism activity.
During the day there will be an opportunity to network with colleagues from across Wales, look at opportunities for co-operation projects and pick up a range of information on Food Tourism initiatives.
Peter Birnie FIH FTS will look at the topical subject of Eating Out Accreditation, drawing on his AA experience as Chief Hotel & Restaurant Inspector and also his work with regional Food Accreditation schemes in the UK.
Plus case study presentations from a series of regional food tourism initiatives and stands and literature from projects across Wales.
